This seriously is the cutest video i’ve seen on the internet since last months famous video of the baby polar bear- I can’t stop smiling. If you love scream-o and hardcore breakdown beats as much as I do then you’re definitely going to appreciate Juliet. The lyrics are as real as it gets for an 8 year old and the breakdown gives you the hugest urge to go jump on a trampoline. This little girl knows whats up. Besides just being an overall adorable 8 year old girl, Juliet’s got some spunk, she’s proof that you don’t need to get fucked up, covered in skull tattoos, and distracting piercings in order to have that hardcore edge. You can’t get anymore hardcore then you were when you were Juliet’s age, you know when you didn’t care what anyone else thought about you. The only thing that mattered were you family, friends, pets, and toys and just having a good time being yourself while dancing crazy, running around barefoot, and learning while exploring every aspect life has to offer RawwwrRRr !!<3

“A British band and a group of scientists have made the most relaxing tune in the history of man, an Mp3 of which is at the bottom of this article. Sound therapists and Manchester band Marconi Union compiled the song. Scientists played it to 40 women and found it to be more effective at helping them relax than songs by Enya, Mozart and Coldplay….
Weightless works by using specific rhythms, tones, frequencies and intervals to relax the listener. A continuous rhythm of 60 BPM causes the brainwaves and heart rate to synchronise with the rhythm: a process known as ‘entrainment’.
